Introduction

Utilizing the Search feature included on the platform, You can find your ideal customers using three search types: People, Local, and Domain Search. Learn more about each search type by watching the video below or viewing a product tour to see this feature in action.

What are the Four Search Types?

Four Types of Lead Searches:

  • People Search

  • Local/Company Search

  • Domain Search

  • Influencer Search

Lists for Organizing Leads:

  • Leads are saved in Lists.

  • Lists must be unique to each search type.

Search Process:

  • Create or select a list before or during a search.

  • Use specific filters to narrow down results.

People Search:

  • Search by role and location.

  • Use advanced filters for more specific results.

Local/Company Search:

  • Search by business type and location.

  • Optionally refine with a bonus field for better results.

Domain Search:

  • Search for leads based on a specific domain.

  • Results are added to the selected or new list.

Influencer Search:

  • Search for influencers in a given area and industry.

Exact Strategies to Implement

Organizing Leads with Lists:

  • Strategy: Always create or select a list before starting a search.

  • Implementation: Go to the lead search menu, create a new list or choose an existing one based on the search type (people, company, or domain).

Performing a Local/Company Search:

  • Strategy: Use the business type and location filters for targeted results.

  • Implementation:

    1. Click on the Local/Company search method.

    2. Enter the business type (e.g., realtor) and location (e.g., Chicago).

    3. Select from the location list and create a new list (e.g., "Chicago Realtors").

    4. Use the bonus field for a more focused search (e.g., real estate agency).

Conducting a People Search:

  • Strategy: Utilize advanced filters to find specific roles and experience levels.

  • Implementation:

    1. Choose the People search method.

    2. Enter the role (e.g., real estate valuer) and location.

    3. Apply advanced filters (e.g., CEO, management level, years of experience).

    4. Click continue to view and manually add results to a list.

Executing a Domain Search:

  • Strategy: Focus on leads within a specific company.

  • Implementation:

    1. Select the Domain search method.

    2. Enter the domain (e.g., tesla.com).

    3. Create or select a list of the results.

    4. Add the results to the list.

Performing an Influencer Search:

  • Strategy: Find the influencers in a given area and industry.

  • Implementation:

    1. Start with an Influencer Saved List (ensure familiarity with the "create a list" process).

    2. Select which social media platform you want to find the influencers

    3. Set the desired location for the search, e.g., North Carolina

    4. Optimize results by searching at the suburb level.

Refining Searches for Better Results:

  • Strategy: Use specific categories and filters to fine-tune searches.

  • Implementation:

    1. During a Local/Company search, select appropriate categories for more accurate results.

    2. In People search, combine role-specific filters with company size and revenue for precise targeting.
